For this Pop-Up event at The Collection at RiverPark in Oxnard, CA, the Markets requested a series of Christmas and winter-themed event collateral and social media graphics for this December 2021 holiday market. For these designs, I was inspired by seasonal winter elements and timeless holiday traditions, with a modern, personalized twist in coloring. Beginning with a palette of holiday cool pine greens and pinks to replace the traditional red and green colors, I then created custom holiday illustrations, including iconic candy canes and peppermints, Christmas ornaments, ice skates, gingerbread cookies, hot cocoas, knitted mittens and gloves, fuzzy socks and stockings, sleigh bells, and more. To finish the graphics, I illustrated custom typography to adorn a simplistic geometric Christmas tree, and selected a series of clean, sans-serif fonts for additional event content and tertiary text. Marketing and promotional event collateral included Instagram feed and story images, a blank newsletter design, Facebook event banner, various print brochure collateral and LED signage.
