For this Pop-Up event at Aliso Viejo Ranch, the Markets requested an elevated modern approach to the event collateral that also highlighted elements of the scenic venue. Inspired by the rustic farm and fields of the landscape, I selected an earthy color palette of cool off-white, warm ambers and soft golden hues, created custom hand-lettered typography, and illustrated custom wheat and straw line drawings. I added humanistic textural brushstrokes and organic background shapes to evoke the handmade quality of the products created by the artisans and makers at the pop-up, and utilized negative space and a clean sans-serif font for secondary treatment to evoke contemporary simplicity and modernity. Marketing and promotional event collateral included Instagram feed and story images, a blank newsletter, Facebook event banner, and brochure ad.
